$250 per person; $1000 per foursome

Dinner Auction Only:
$40 per guest, otherwise, free for
paid golfers
Tax Credit Opportunity:
Your tax-deductible sponsorship of the golf tournament
can be applied to our Kingdom House Youth Opportunities Program and
earn Missouri state YOP tax credits worth 50% of the sponsorship
donation, and the gift qualifies as a federal deduction. Limited
to availability in 2008.

auction and, along with Sue, will answer your traveling questions.

Hills Country Club for the Kingdom House Golf and Dinner Auction on Monday,
June 16, 2008. Test your skills on one of Saint Louis' most respected courses,
home of the 1999 LPGA Tournament.
Enjoy lunch, a wonderful afternoon of golf, a multi-course dinner

REGISTRATION
There are two methods by which you may register for
the Kingdom House Golf and Dinner Auction:
Online Registration with Credit Card
You may pay for your golf and activities online with a Debit/Credit
Card in the Kingdom House store. Be sure to enter correct name and
address on the form as this is how we track your registration
payment and is the address we will use to mail updates and activity tickets:

Print and Mail a Registration Form
Print the registration form from your browser, fill it out and put
it in the mail with a check or money order payable to Kingdom House
(Golf) and send it to Kingdom House by US Mail:
