CHILDREN'S TRUST FUND LICENSE PLATES
Help prevent child abuse by ordering colorful
Children's Trust Fund personalized license plates for your
automobile. These official State of Missouri plates are
emblazoned with the distinctive painted hands logo of the Children's
Trust Fund as well as the "Prevent Child Abuse" message
across the bottom. The logo and message appear in an array of
primary colors on a reflective white background.
To get your set of Children's Trust Fund license plates and direct
your contribution to the Kingdom House Family Center child abuse prevention program,
just follow these simple instructions:
| First... |

or
2) with a check directly by mail.

|
| Second... |
The CTF office will send back two documents:
1) an application for (optional) personalized plates, and
2) a "logo use authorization form".
The logo use authorization form is your proof that you contributed to the Fund,
and will be required when you submit your plate application. |
| Third... |
Take both of these documents to your local
license bureau, along with any other documents you
usually need (i.e., paid property tax receipt/waiver, proofs of
inspections and insurance.) |
| Fourth... |
If you want personalized plates, fill out the application
form. Children's Trust Fund plates only allow 6 spaces for your
personalized message. The license bureau will charge you a $15 fee for the
personalized Missouri plate. (Your $25 contribution to the Trust Fund does
not count toward the fee for personalized plates.) |
| Finally... |
If you ordered personalized plates, they will be delivered
to the agency office where you made your payment and you will receive a card to
notify you that they may be picked up. All questions about processing and
your application should be directed to that agency of the Department of Revenue.

Just so you know...
Children's Trust Fund license plates can be
purchased at any time. You will receive a pro-rated credit for
your old license plates. Your new license plates will then
expire twelve (12) months after they are purchased.
If you are renewing Children's Trust Fund
plates, you will not have to fill out a new application but,
you will need to make a $25 or more donation to the Children's
Trust Fund each year. Remember to take your renewal notice
from the Department of Revenue and your current logo use
authorization form with you.
In even/odd years, you may register your even/odd model year auto for two (2) years.
Of course, the CTF contribution doubles, the optional personalization fee doubles as
do the registration and agency fees. And don't forget to take two years of Personal Property
Tax receipts.
Thank you for your interest in the Children's
Trust Fund. Display your new personalized plates proudly.
